Strengths – Experiences with the tools and previous processes to create and implement Asset management.
Weaknesses – New to the organization and lack of knowledge of structure and team responsibilities.
Opportunity – To share my experience and build strong working relationships within my sphere of influence.
Threat – Taking on too much and not delivering on requirements.Strengths – A strong understanding of the business, stakeholders expectations, and the tools to maintain the ITAM program.
Weaknesses – Undefined, confusing, and complicated processes.
Opportunities – Create a partnership across the organization to build momentum and efficiencies for a holistic cradle to grave program.
Threats – Unclear communication and priorities. Burnout and lack of information to make clear decisions.I meet them at their level. What I mean by that is usually if there is any miscommunication there is a level of tension that goes along with it. So I do my best to clarify what I was communicating or receiving and ask for clarification that I am understanding them correctly to resolve any issues and move forward as a team.
Leadership is about inspiring and helping to create a fire or motivation within someone that helps them improve themselves as well as the team to accomplish a common goal.
By providing expertise in determining the best value of each asset with the guidence of each team and their justifications for the requested asset.
By considering the hazardous materials used to make the asset as well making sure you are getting the most use out of each asset to reduce the amount of materials required to do business.
