Without studying the more than 450 questions, i guess it would vary between asset categories, but on, or below, average.

I am in discussions currently with a university for taking an Ph.D. on ITAM. This will also result in a book.

It depends on the kind or category of asset. Physical and virutal servers and routers have a Global ID.
