I have not set this goal yet. I believe to start, 20% sounds realistic but could see this being higher the more we look into it.

I haven’t done a ton of networking. I join occasional round tables that ITAM is the topic, and speak with others that have similar roles as me.

By becoming certified and passing on what I have learned as well as implementing a program that aligns with IAITAM’s standards and best practices.

I am only in the loop for the finances specific to my department. I report to the budget chair of our department and I work closely with finance and accounting for IT purchases.
