I store my documents in my area, I’m sure there is probably another designated area for documents that do not directly come through me.
Both, lack of either one can result in costly errors, wasted time and potential misunderstandings and conflict.

We are already working to streamline, simplify and make more efficient our ticketing process for stakeholders who need equipment. The new process will be driven by dropdown windows which will prompt them to answer all the questions we normally have to follow up with them for.
Everyone here is very courteous and professional, so it makes it easy for everyone to get along and work together well.
The first policy I already implemented was that all hardware items must have paperwork before leaving the warehouse area. Our organization had been trying to go paperless, but shortly after I arrived I saw that there were multiple needs to have actual paperwork go with the physical assets out the door. Having signed, physical paper copies has saved many a headache for us.

I would more than likely not be involved with any negotiations with our executive team, our supervisor usually handles that aspect of it.
My primary functions in our current ITAM program revolve mostly around hardware asset management. I am responsible for receiving, distributing and taking inventory of hardware, hardware disposal, and I am frequently involved in the ordering process as well. Financial aspects are handled by upper-level management, and software is mostly handled by other members of our team.
