My weaknesses for now, I need the training that’s being provided for me, and need to listen closely before I speak.
My strength are I accomplice every task that’s given to me.Start by building a strong backup and team collaboration within the ITAM program.
Then giving the training opportunity for the team to identify the asset that included with the ITAM program.
And have the environments that’s needed like Asset Management, Identification Management, Acquisition Management, with the KPA’sIn a recent meeting with several managers about space and equipment, I noticed we were holing onto items that had no vale and posed no security risk. after 60 days, I suggested we dispose of them to free up space. Upon sharing my concerns in a follow up meeting, the team understood the need for disposal, and we successfully cleared the space we needed.
Clear Communication and listening to your team building a positive work environment and training Consistency.
By the number of request by departments, asset types, standard vs non-standard, ROI and TCO, Length of time for approval/ rejection for anon-standard asset request.
