Strengths: Strong work ethic, being accountable, delivering results, continuous learner capable of effective communication.
Weaknesses: Taking on excessive workloads resulting in unbalance work/life ratio. Struggle with having an engineering mindset.
Opportunities: Continuous educations and participation in leadership programs.
Threats: Lack of organizational alignment on strategy. Patrick PateParticipantTitles and roles are different. Most individuals at my org have titles with multiple roles. It is not 1 to 1.
