Yes, our team has asset disposal, we use a third party for pick up and destruction. We then receive a reconciliation and certificate of destruction.

I would definitely stick with those KPA’s as they are tried and true in our industry.

I have yet to network with anyone outside of our company but constantly pick the brains of my colleagues in our department.

I think my company would do well, although we have a lot to still learn and implement. I feel we are trying our best to get on the right track and gain better control as the ITAM team.

I will contribute by always trying my best to make the company follow these practices. I will constantly stay up to date with the trends and other best practices as this ITAM industry is always changing and new ways of doing things may come up.

Our standards align well with IAITAM because the team has completed multiple courses. Also, working in different jobs has brought all of our knowledge, experience and best practices together to make it all function.

our asset tags have a scannable barcode, the asset number and name of workplace.
