Who have performed poorly on our last FEW external audits and have had way too much money paid out in fines, however our policies have not been adjusted to avoid the loss of funds in the future so it will probably continue to happen over and over again

What consequences will there be if they are not followed? #58956Sylvia VillamanParticipantThe consequences would not be up to me or probably the Department of the policies are not followed. Ultimately the union would get involved, along with the department director and HR, and consequences would be figured out at that point and most likely will not be uniform for the same infraction committed by different people.
