Through good communication, people have the natural ability to learn through what’s being said, described, demonstrated, shown, etc.
Warren HerreraParticipantFor me, Program Management will probably be the first KPA I’ll focus on. Program Management is all encompassing and because of the current state of our ITAM platform, program management can prove to be beneficial due to all the cross collaboration amongst several different teams that has to happen in order to establish a set of comprehensive processes and procedures.

Ultimately, video/Zoom calls have been at the forefront of most of the communications with messaging apps (i.e. Slack) being right up there sharing the space with Zoom.

Ideally, we aim to have an entire Assets Team comprised of an Assets Manager who will have more strategic responsibilities as well as Asset Specialists who will have more tactical/operational responsibilities.
