Threat- Non-compliance and lack of PoliciesI was in a meeting when someone was presenting to a group about information that was shared with both of us from a document but the information the person was sharing was incorrect. I stated that what the person said was not my understanding so we got the original document and shared it with the group to read for themselves and then discussed the correct information.
Be open to listen and learn from others. Communicate clearly and be concise with your instructions to ensure the receiver understands the message. Pour into and empower those around you so they can be better versions of themselves.
The Acquisition Manager acts as a gatekeeper by ensuring that all the IT goods being purchased/acquisitioned meet the organizational needs, requirements and standards. If it doesn’t meet the needs, requirements and standards, the acquisition manager doesn’t approve and stop the acquisition.
