Should-Map = AID+POL(CMP+LEG+VEN)+DOC+COM(PRG+FIN+ACQ)
Assets are identified for disposal and status updated in asset tracker.Devices are erased and software harvested according to Policy. Vendors have been vetted by parent company; however, local Legislation is unknown. LEG should be researched and communicated relularly. Disposal paper work and asset ACQ information is collected and reported to Finance for final retirement. ParticipantIt was brought to the team’s attention that a printed “How to” doc on using conference room equipment was missing a step. We identified the missing step and edited the document to include that step…taking care to keep the information simplified and easy to follow. Redistributed the information.

ParticipantI would prepare job titles that show a career path and provide the tasks involved. I would describe how clear jobs titles will help the organization by clearing up confusion about what we do.
