ParticipantIt depends on the policy. There are termination consequences for those who disregard policies that protect company data and systems.

1. Requirements gathering and analyzing need creates a lot of back and forth emails, which wastes time.
a. Schedule a call to discuss.
2. Several Forms have been created to collect data; however, the answers tend to vague or too technical for the audience.

ParticipantWe have a lot of long term employees who remember a time when there were fewer policies. They take advantage of long term relationships by going direct to the source of what they need, and bypassing proper procedures. My communication with them needs to be consistent every time, as well as showing support for the new policies and procedures.

Assets are identified for disposal and status updated in asset tracker.Devices are erased and software harvested according to Policy. Vendors have been vetted by parent company; however, local Legislation is unknown. LEG should be researched and communicated relularly. Disposal paper work and asset ACQ information is collected and reported to Finance for final retirement.
