Buying quality products that meet end user needs.
Not overbuying.
Redeploy/Reuse.
Properly dispose/destroy assets from a verified vendor.I think we will find some significant savings in this area. I believe we have unused devices with active service plans. Looking forward to learning new ideas to help us manage our mobile.
My team is diligent about using existing stock and redeploying when appropriate; however, we struggle with requests for the latest and greatest. I’m hoping to find big savings and look forward to new ideas to help us achieve this.
My initial answer would be 0% savings, as I believe we use all software currently being maintained. I realize that software licensing & usage is constantly changing; therefore, regular audits are mandatory to keep up with current trends. Freeing up licenses or reevaluating a license model are all savings to be celebrated.

I would try to use the core KPAs; however, ACQ and FIN can have a tendency to take priority over all others.

My standards are high; however, most of my focus tends to fall on the operating KPAs. My program would benefit from a reevaluation with a clear establishment of core KPAs.
