Strengths – Communication and people skills, hard worker, very organized

threat – we need to establish a management of knowledge in case someone leavesMiscommunication can come many ways. My experience it comes alot with the misunderstanding of our policies so being precise and detailed with the customer on the standards usually handles the miscommunication they received.
Never assume you always know everything. Surround your self with people who you trust to provide honest feedback and be a good listener as well.
The Acquisiton Manager has an important role in ITAM and acts as a gatekeeper in a way that he selects criteria, reviews and approves or denies requests by weighing in options. they also work with different teams to identfy standard and non-standard requests. Also have an important role of negotiating contracts. This is seomthing I do alot within my role.
