I thought there are 12 KPA’s and 3 core processes…..so I too think it is a trick question

I am responsible for assets, we created tickets that hold the information in case….so that the group deploying the assets to clients replies the information back to me via the tickets and then I manage where the assets go in the system

The IT asset tags state if they are Capital Purchased, RCC purchased or Personally Purchased. Each type has a color and a unique number.
