Yes, I was only involved in process audits, and minimally. For instance, if there was a mileage request without an associated ITSM ticket, the whole process of need to repair was questioned.

I understand them pretty well. The purchase process & contracts change, but the difference between CAPEX & OPEX, as well as different funds for different purposes usually stays the same.
