I try to follow up in writing whenever possible, whether it’s a meeting agenda recap or a simple email to review a conversation.
The acquisition manager gathers information from the stakeholders to determine what will provide the best value for the organization, or if there are other options available to save money.
Provide HR with a well-written and clearly defined job description outlining the roles, responsibilities, and desired skills, education, and qualifications of the candidate.
Re-using assets vs. buying new. Re-claim assets not being used and harvest parts from damaged assets to repair and re-use other assets.
