Strength small group and no turnover on employment

Threat- new electronic tool to find unused software and sure up items for auditSWOT-We don’t have a high rate of turn over so information is available, we have a new electronic tool to find IT equipment we don’t know about, 95% of all the equipment bought is standard approved items and we are using that electronic tool to help us in audit situations.
When people send me asset information I make sure not to sound like I am too busy, because then they will stop sending you information.
CYA…Have your own asset tickets that you manage and close yourself to insure assets are insured to clients or that they are in inventory.
